Welcome to the United Africans Association of Reading, PA (UAAR) -- the organization founded with the education of children of African descent at its core. Founded in November, 2004, the United Africans Association of Reading is a non-profit entity that aims to unite the hearts and minds of all peace-loving people of African descent within a social and cultural framework. It aspires to promote, foster, and nurture cultural awareness among its members and their progeny. It also aims to promote educational and vocational programs to benefit not only its member children, but also the community at large.
